Salon Policies

– Booking appointments
Booking appointments is recommended, the salon can be very busy so to avoid disappointment please book ahead. You will receive a text/email reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If for any reason you cannot make it, please let us know immediately so we can offer it to another client.

– Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, even by 5 minutes we reserve the right to adapt your appointment to fit with the time we have. We will not make our next client wait, or get behind to suit you. We understand sometimes it’s out of your control if you’re late, for example un-known road works so we will do our best to still perform your treatment. But please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are going to be late. Unfortunately in any circumstance you will still have to pay the full amount for the treatment booked.

– Cancellations
You must give 24 hours or more notice to cancel any appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the full treatment cost. No further bookings will be made until payment has been received.

– Refund policy
All our treatments are carried out by professional, trained therapists and will not be refunded. If you have an issue with any treatment you have received please let us know, and we will deal with it accordingly. We will fix any issues by repeating treatment if necessary. Any issues will be resolved as quickly as possible.

– Loss or damage of personal items
Purely Divine will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items. Please make sure your belongings are with you at all times when in the salon and leave any valuables at home.

– Customer behaviour
Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated in the salon. The police will be notified if we feel threatened in any way.

– Children
Children are allowed in the salon only if completely necessary. If there is any disturbance to other clients you will be asked to leave. They must not touch anything within the salon, and be supervised at all times.

– Client questionnaire
New clients will be asked to fill in a small consultation card containing personal and medical information. This is to help us as therapists perform a safe treatment for you. You will sign to say you have provided us with, to your knowledge, all medical, allergy, injury and any other health information. It is an insurance policy to hold these details so if you refuse, we cannot treat you.

– Age restrictions
Some treatments are not suitable for those under the age of 18. We will require ID if we think you may be underage. Anyone that cannot provide ID will be refused treatment, and the full treatment cost will be charged.

– Staff illness
In the unfortunate event that one of our therapists cannot work due to being ill or personal reasons, we may have to reschedule or cancel your booking. We will do our very best to accommodate you however there may be cases where we cannot offer you an appropriate appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to move, or cancel your appointment.

– Pricing
We will endeavour to keep our price lists and website pricing updated, however treatments and prices are subject to change without warning. Pricing includes VAT.
